LITTLE KNOWN FACT

LUCHA BRITANNIA HAS RUN ITS OWN SCHOOL OF LUCHA LIBRE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, TRAINING SOME OF THE LEADING INTERNATIONAL SUPER STARS OF THE WRESTLING WORLD.

BEFORE YOU ASK - YES ANYONE CAN COME AND GIVE IT A GO!

You will be training along side the Lucha Britannia cast members and visiting superstars.

Its not just about wrestling! its about meeting new cool people and making friends, building significant confidence, learning performance training, getting seriously fit and learning some remarkable life skills. See the videos here to get an idea of what you will be in for.

CLASSES

Mondays beginners 7.30 to 10.30 women and men - £10

This is a 3 hour session comprising of 1 hour cardiovascular, core strength training, 2 hours wrestling etiquette and move training, with break outs in performance, projection and confidence classes. You need to wear proper gym kit, trainers and a change of top - You will sweat and no one likes a soggy training buddy. Booking not required, turn up and try.

Tuesdays intermediaries and professionals 7.30 to 10.30

Cardiovascular, special move and performance training. - By approval and invitation.

Wednesdays beginners 7.30 to 10.30 women and men - £10

WILL OSPREAY

If you fancy getting serious then meet the international superstar Will Ospreay (the world cruiser weight champion). Will started at our school when he was 15 and and trained for many years and now wrestles all over the world including Japan where he has rock star status.

Will can regularly be found at the school as guest trainer. Learn from the very best at the London school of Lucha Libre.
